Our story

Built by a family.

We set out to build homes that could stand next to anything abroad, and still be here when our clients' grandchildren visit.

Christakis Giovanis founded Giovani in 1986 with two rules: quality that competes with the best in Europe, and a view of the industry wide enough to stay ahead of it. Forty years on, a construction company has become the largest real-estate developer in south-east Cyprus: 250 people, hundreds of completed projects and a 14.4% share of the market.

Design, construction, sales and after-care all sit under one roof in Paralimni. That is why a Giovani home arrives on time, finished the way the render promised.
