Eighteen detached villas on a quiet lane in Pernera, each with its own pool, a walled garden and a roof terrace that looks over the rooftops to the sea.
Celestial is Giovani's fourth development in Pernera and the first designed around the way people actually live here: shaded outdoor kitchens, a bedroom on the ground floor for guests or parents, and storage for the paddleboards. Three and four-bedroom types, on plots from 480 m², with the option of a basement.
Construction started in January 2026. Foundations and ground-floor slabs are complete on the first eight villas; handover is scheduled for spring 2027, with staged payments tied to each milestone.
